I’ve been coming here for over three years. Always been very happy. The last 2 times I’ve gone they have stuck me with some lady in the far back. Right by the tv on the right side. She is aweful. My nails were crooked. And not fully painted. This time she was rude. And had me in tears. She doesn’t listen when you tell her it’s crooked. I’ve always been very well taken care of by Mary and the girl that sits next to her in the front by the windows. I wish I’d have taken pictures last time. This time i did You can see how they aren’t strait. They aren’t coffin shaped. Some are almost round. I had Sharp points on them. I hade Excess acrylic all over me. And paint all over my fingers. The tip of one is missing paint. I went back in in tears and spoke to Mary. She did what she could to file off the excess acrylic and sharp edges. I’m so upset i cant Stop crying. Only use Mary or the girl next to her. Or the young girl that sits in the very first chair on the right. I’ll try one more time. And if they put her with me again I’ll never come back. Which makes me so sad. Im a loyal customer and have referred lots and lots of people here. I work in the service industry and usually get many compliments on my nails. And tell them where to go. 😭😞

I always get my nails here now. It's a very decent price, the staff is very friendly, and my nails always look good. Jessica does a great job.
